About Me
Sylvia retired from the Washoe County School District in July 2024 after 30 years as a science educator. She taught for 22 years at Robert McQueen High School in Reno before moving to the position as Science Program Coordinator for the district. She is currently seeking new adventures in the world of science education.

In her free time, Sylvia enjoys hiking, fishing, and camping.
